"Eden, a heaven themed nightclub that exudes ethereal beauty and serene elegance. The atmosphere is light and airy, with the ceiling soaring high above. Supported by enormous pillars; they rise majestically from the gleaming, polished floors, each one intricately carved.At the heart of the club lies the centerpiece. A bed of delicate, blooming flowers. This mosaic of petals invites guests to dance without worry. Enigma
"A labyrinth of brass, copper, and iron, with every surface gleaming under the warm, amber glow of Sharlayan bulbs encased in wire cages. The walls are lined with intricately detailed pipes, gauges, and rotating gears, all part of the tower’s inner workings, seamlessly integrated into the design. The air is filled with the soft hum of machinery and the occasional hiss of steam, creating an atmosphere that feels alive with energy and invention.The Clock Tower, standing tall, this steam powered mechanism, adorned with massive, interlocking gears that move in perfect harmony. Barbie Dream Venue
"The Barbie Dream Venue is a vibrant and playful nightclub designed to look like a life-sized Barbie Dream House, where every detail is infused with glamour, fun, and a touch of nostalgia. Dazzling explosions of pastel colors and glossy surfaces, where everything is larger than life. The walls are painted in shades of pink and lavender. Accents of turquoise, and metallic finishes that catch the light.Surrounding the dance floor are larger-than-life versions of classic Barbie furniture, like oversized, tufted pink couches and mirrored vanity tables, perfect for lounging and posing. The Bevelle Underground
"The Bevelle Underground is a fresh, music-focused venue that promises to bring in the most diverse and talented DJs and music producers from both FFXIV and IRL, incredible guest streamers and the most epic multi-genre beats you've heard this side of Spira!The interior is a dramatic interplay of shadows and light, with the entire space bathed in red and black tones. The walls are covered in black velvet, absorbing light and sound, while the floors are a glossy, polished black that reflects the Ruby Red glow. Star Wars Cantina
On the desert planet of Tatooine sits the Cantina. A rough, utilitarian design. The walls are rounded and made of faded, beige stone, with small alcoves lining the edges of the room where booths are tucked away. The bar stretches across one side, its surface worn and stained. The real energy of the place comes from the music. A lively, fast-paced tune fills the air, played by the cantina band. The music seems to lighten the mood, even as the occasional argument or scuffle breaks out among the more volatile patrons.Incredibly fun venue to design! "Nestled in a lush, sun dappled glen lies a cozy cottage where the warm scent of hay and the soft cooing of chocobos fill the air. This charming abode is a haven for a chocobo breeder and their beloved flock, where the rustic simplicity of country life meets the joy of raising these magnificent, feathered companions.The kitchen is the heart of the home, with exposed beams overhead and copper pots hanging from a rack. A large, wooden table sits at the center, where the breeder prepares meals and mixes up special treats for their feathered friends.Adjacent to the main living space is the chocobo nursery, a cozy room filled with warmth and soft light. Straw-lined nests are carefully arranged in one corner, cradling a large chocobo egg."

Through the dense, humid caves of the Aurum Vale. The ground squelches beneath your feet and the air is filled with the sweet, sickly scent of overripe fruit. All thanks to the morbols, who seem to think the entire vale is their personal compost heap. Don’t worry if you get a little queasy; it’s all part of the experience!Home to various species, from the common “I’ll eat anything” morbol to the rare “I’ll eat everything” morbol. they’re mostly harmless, as long as you don’t breathe, move too quickly, or look too delicious.Just when you think you’ve seen it all, the path opens into a clearing where a colossal morbol lounges like Fluffy. If Fluffy were covered in slime and had more tendrils."

Terms of Service
○ Items - The only items on your shopping list include Doman Enclave, Tribe Quest, Gold Saucer, and Bicolor Gemstone paraphernalia. Part of my service is crafting and gathering. as this keeps the overall costs down. Plus, I’M AN OMI BABY! (Retainers go brrrr)
○ Item Slots - 200/ 300/ 400, respectively. Encourages us to focus on one or two ideas. Thus, I specialize in one floor developments. * Insert colloquialisms about less is more here*
○ Namazu - I will hide one in your house. Non-negotiable.
○ Home Access - Please refrain from entering the home while the commission is in the construction phase!
○ Payment - 1,420,000 Nonrefundable deposit for the design up front.
